Description of Easy Tool Ivaylov HU66 GEN 2/3
Whenever the key of a car with a HU66 GEN 2/3 lock is absent, the one and only professional solution to open locked HU66 GEN 2/3 locks quickly is our mechanical tool called ‘’ Easy Tool Ivaylov HU66 GEN 2/3’’. This professional tool is suitable on all VAG Group car models from 2005 until 2014-2015 which include car brands such as VW, AUDI, SKODA, SEAT, PORSCHE and others.
All about the unlocking process:
The general unlocking process is easy and quick. To ensure a smooth operation and the desired result there are three steps which need to be followed by the operator.
But before doing so, one needs to be familiar with the structure of the Easy Tool IvaylovHU66 GEN 2/3:
Easy Tool Ivaylov HU66 GEN 2/3 is constructed with two main parts: The passkey (being on top of the Easy Tool Ivaylov HU66 GEN 2/3) with its 8 pins, and the bottom part consisting of three parts being 1. Tension wheel, 2. Gate and 3. BACK wheel (listed in their hierarchical order from top to bottom).
As the name ‘’Tension wheel’’ suggests, the tension of the operator is during the unlocking process of highest importance. Here, the operator needs to find a ‘’middle tension’’ during the opening process since a weak tension would not lead to an unlocking of the HU66 GEN 2 lock while a strong tension would only break or deform the tool.
The only thing one needs to do is to follow precisely three easy steps:
1. First step- Reset the Easy Tool Ivaylov HU66 GEN 2/3:
Before starting the main unlocking process, there is one preparational step: The resetting of the EasyTool Ivaylov HU66 GEN 2/3, (resetting of the pins on the tool).
For this step turn the BACK wheel all the way to the right and pull the gate back to open the gate. Then take the reset tool and push it down against each of the 8 holes of the EasyTool Ivaylov HU66 GEN 2/3 which you can find on the upper part of the tool (the passkey). This procedure serves to reset the 8 pins. Next, close the gate wheel by pushing it toward the tension wheel.
If all pins are aligned, the EasyTool Ivaylov HU66 GEN 2/3 is ready for the second step!
For a smooth unlocking operation, it is very important to have inserted the EasyTool IvaylovHU66 GEN 2/3 correctly. Therefore, to ensure the correct side, insert the EasyTool Ivaylov HU66 GEN 2/3 inside the lock by turning the BACK wheel all the way to the left and holding the GATE wheel fully closed (push the gate towards the tension wheel).
If the Gate pops out while pushing the BACK wheel, your EasyTool Ivaylov HU66 GEN 2/3 has been inserted incorrectly. Then, one should rotate the EasyTool Ivaylov HU 66 GEN 2/3 through 180 degrees and insert it again into the given lock.
In case that the Gate has not popped out, you have inserted the EasyTool Ivaylov HU66 GEN 2/3 correctly and you can therefore continue with the third step, the main unlocking process
3. Fourth step- the unlocking process:
On this stage you have already completed all preparational steps and the EasyTool Ivaylov HU66 GEN 2/3 is ready for the main unlocking procedure.
Therefore, the first step is to open the GATE in order to bring the tool into its working position. Then, there are two different ways with which the operator can continue in order to open the lock:
First way: Turn the tension wheel all the way to the left and keep holding it there. While doing so, turn the BACK wheel to the left until the stop point is reached. Having reached the stop point, turn the BACK wheel into its original position (move it to the right) and release the tension onto the tension wheel. The following step is then to turn and hold the tension wheel to the right, while turning the BACK wheel to the left until the stop point is reached. If the stop point is reached turn it once again into its original position (to the right) while releasing the tension onto the tension wheel. This procedure should be repeated a few times. Attention: Make sure to put a medium to high tension onto the tension wheel during the opening procedure!
Then, the last step before opening the lock includes again to first turn the tension wheel all the way to the left (keep holding it there) while turning the BACK wheel to the left until the stop point is reached. This time jiggle the EasyTool Ivaylov HU66 GEN 2/3 a little bit and make sure to imprint the combination.
The result is an open HU66 GEN 2/3 lock!
Second way: For the second opening option the operator needs simply to turn the tension wheel all the way to the right (keep holding it there) while turning the BACK wheel to the left until the stop point is reached. If the stop point is reached turn it into its original position while releasing the tension onto the tension wheel. This same procedure needs to be repeated a few times until the result is an open HU66 GEN 2/3 lock!
